Images do not need to be professional. Professional photos can be arranged in the Johannesburg area.
You need to wear form fitting clothes, for example a fitted white shirt, fitted jeans and white sneakers.
A link to your social media (Instagram is important if your account isn't private) and a link to your portfolio should you have one.
Select one category you are applying for. Within that category please select three niches you identify your work with. i.e Models select Model, within the modelling category you would select portrait, fashion, and runway.
